You need Contactor HN51KC024 if you're having trouble with the compressor or fan motor on your air conditioner, furnace, heat pump, or air handler. This genuine OEM single-pole, 24-volt coil contactor has a full load amps (FLA) rating of 30 amps and a locked rotor amps (LRA) rating of 150 amps.

Condenser Fan Motor

If the capacitor is defective, the fan motor might be noisy, overheat, or not run at all, resulting in the unit not cooling. To determine if the capacitor has failed, inspect the capacitor. If the dual run capacitor is bulging or leaking, replace it.

Heat pump is frequently cycling/short cycling

	A capacitor will power either the compressor or the fan motor (a dual run capacitor will power both). If the capacitor is failing, the heat pump may begin short cycling. To determine if the capacitor is failing, test the capacitor with a multimeter. If the capacitor is unable to hold and release a charge or is bulging or leaking, replace it.
