You need Contactor HN51KC024 if you're having trouble with the compressor or fan motor on your air conditioner, furnace, heat pump, or air handler. This genuine OEM single-pole, 24-volt coil contactor has a full load amps (FLA) rating of 30 amps and a locked rotor amps (LRA) rating of 150 amps.

Condenser Fan Motor

Furnace flame sensor. The flame sensor monitors the burner to detect whether or not a flame is present. If the flame sensor is defective, the furnace may not heat.

Heat pump not cooling

Power up repairs with this genuine OEM control board, part number 30148248, for select ICP Heat Pump models.

If the outside unit contactor is not receiving 24 volts or power is not getting to the air handler blower motor, a possible cause is a defective control board. While this is not a common problem, if all other potentially faulty components are working properly, the control board should be replaced.

Heat pump not heating

If the blower won't run, a likely cause is a defective relay or other component on the furnace or air handler control board. If power is not getting to the motor, and the run capacitor (if applicable) is functioning properly, the control board should be replaced.

Heat pump won't turn on

If the heat pump unit contactor is not receiving 24 volts or power is not getting to the inside blower motor, a possible cause is a defective heat pump control board. While this is not a common problem, if all other potentially faulty components are working properly, the control board should be replaced.

Heat pump compressor won't run

If the heat pump unit contactor is not receiving 24 volts or power is not getting to the inside blower motor, a possible cause is a defective furnace or air handler control board. Heat pump is frequently cycling/short cycling

The control board regulates the power supply to all of the components of the furnace or air handler and heat pump. If the control board fails, it might not send voltage to parts of the system, causing a loss of heat or cooling and frequent cycling.


Heat pump - home's humidity is too high

	The control board regulates the voltage to the compressor and the fan motor. If the control board fails, some components will not function properly or will not work at all. Control boards are often misdiagnosed; make sure to check more commonly defective parts first before replacing the control board.

Heat pump circuit breaker keeps tripping

The control board regulates the power supply to all of the components of the heat pump. If the control board shorts out it can trip the circuit breaker. A shorted control board will usually have burn marks or smell burnt and will need to be replaced.


Heat pump wall thermostat not working properly

The control board regulates the power supply to all of the components in the system. If the control board fails, it might not send voltage to the thermostat, leaving the thermostat inoperable.
