You need Contactor HN51KC024 if you're having trouble with the compressor or fan motor on your air conditioner, furnace, heat pump, or air handler. This genuine OEM single-pole, 24-volt coil contactor has a full load amps (FLA) rating of 30 amps and a locked rotor amps (LRA) rating of 150 amps.

Condenser Fan Motor

Furnace flame sensor. The flame sensor monitors the burner to detect whether or not a flame is present. If the flame sensor is defective, the furnace may not heat.

Central air conditioner not cooling properly

Motor; 1/2 hp, 200-230 v, 1075 rpm / 3 speed

Since the furnace's circulation blower fan motor is the component that circulates the cooled air through the home's venting, a defective motor will result in the central air conditioner not cooling. You can use a multimeter to test the motor for electrical continuity, a continuous electrical path present in the motor, as well as determine if power is reaching the motor. You can also try turning the blower wheel by hand. If the wheel does not turn freely, it's likely the motor bearings have seized and the motor will need to be replaced.

Central Air Conditioner Condenser fan motor does not run

To determine if the condenser motor is working, use a multimeter to test the incoming voltage to the motor. If the condenser fan motor is receiving the correct voltage but the motor still won’t run, inspect the capacitor to ensure that it is not at fault. If the capacitor is not bulging or leaking, replace the condenser fan motor.

Air handler is noisy or loud

Over time, the bearings in the motor wear out, causing the motor to become noisy. Some furnace or air handler motors can be lubricated, so if applicable, try lubricating the motor first. If lubricating the motor doesn’t solve the problem, or if the motor can’t be lubricated, replace the motor.

Heat pump not cooling

Since the circulation blower fan motor is the component that circulates the cooled air through the home's venting, a defective motor will result in the unit not cooling. You can use a multimeter to test the motor for electrical continuity, a continuous electrical path present in the motor, as well as determine if power is reaching the motor.
