Thermal Fuse

Dryer drum drive belt. This belt is approximately 1/4" wide x 92-1/4" long. It is flat on one side and has 4 ribs and 3 grooves on the other. It replaces many other belts, including some with 5 ribs and 4 grooves. The belt attaches to the motor pulley and spins the drum as the motor rotates

Dryer won't start

If power is not getting to the drive motor and you’ve confirmed the belt switch, if applicable, and the start switch are functioning properly, then it's possible that a faulty touchpad and control panel is the cause of the problem. A new touchpad and control panel will need to be installed to resolve the issue.

Dryer controls don't work

If just the start button is malfunctioning and you've confirmed the door switch is working properly, then it's likely that a faulty touchpad and control panel is the cause of the problem. A new touchpad and control panel will need to be installed to resolve the issue.

Dryer light is out

The dryer control panel indicator lights are part of the touchpad and control panel and cannot be replaced separately. If an control panel indicator light is not working, the entire touchpad and control panel assembly will need to be replaced.

Dryer starts on its own

If the dryer's start/cancel button is only working intermittently, it's likely the user control and display board is malfunctioning and causing the dryer to start running. A new board will need to be installed to resolve the problem.
