Dryer won't start

If power is not getting to the drive motor and you’ve confirmed the belt switch, if applicable, and the start switch are functioning properly, then it's possible that a faulty user control and display board is the cause of the problem. A new user control and display board will need to be installed to resolve the issue.

Dryer controls don't work

If just the start button is malfunctioning and you've confirmed the door switch is working properly, then it's likely the user control and display board is defective. A new board will need to be installed to resolve the problem.

Dryer starts then stops

If the dryer's start/cancel button is only working intermittently, it's likely the user control and display board is malfunctioning and causing the dryer to stop running. A new board will need to be installed to resolve the problem.

Dryer light is out

The dryer control panel indicator lights are part of the user control and display board and cannot be replaced separately. If an control panel indicator light is not working, the user control and display board will need to be replaced.

Dryer starts on its own

If the dryer's start/cancel button is only working intermittently, it's likely the user control and display board is malfunctioning and causing the dryer to start running. A new board will need to be installed to resolve the problem.
