Felt seal, dryer drum
Dryer lint filter assembly with felt rim seal attached. Proper air flow is critical to dryer operation so the filter should be cleaned before every load. Replace the filter if it has any tears or rips in it.

Blower wheel
Dryer drum drive motor with pulley. If the dryer does not start the motor could be bad. Before replacing the motor the door switch and thermal fuse should be tested to determine if they are defective.
Dryer high-limit thermostat. L257-88F, L125-31C. The high-limit thermostat cuts off power to the dryer if the dryer overheats. If the dryer won't heat, the high-limit thermostat may have blown.
Main Control Board. NOTE: This part is often misdiagnosed and requires electrical testing with a volt/ohm meter to determine if it is defective. Use your appliance model number to determine if this is the correct control for your model.
