Step By Step Instructions

As with any repair, be sure to unplug the appliance before beginning.

To replace the thermistor in your washer, first remove the screws securing the rear panel.

Now shift the panel up and pull it out from the bottom to remove.

Remove the screws securing the thermistor to the tub.

Pull the old thermistor out…

…remove the wire harness from the bracket and disconnect the harness.
7
Install the new thermistor…

…by first connecting the wire harness.

Insert the thermistor into the tub…

…and replace the screws.

Secure the wire harness in the bracket.

Reinstall the rear panel by inserting the upper tabs into the slots…

…then align the lower tabs and push the panel down.

Replace the screws.

With the repair complete, plug the power cord back in…

…and your washer should be ready for use.

To replace the thermistor in your washer, first remove the screws securing the rear panel.

Now shift the panel up and pull it out from the bottom to remove.

Remove the screws securing the thermistor to the tub.

Pull the old thermistor out…

Install the new thermistor…
