Step By Step Instructions

To replace the power cord on your washer…

…first unplug the old cord from the wall outlet.

Now remove the screws at the back securing the top panel
4
Slide the panel back and lift it off.

Remove the screw to release the power cord grounding wire from the cabinet frame.

Next, disconnect the power cord wire harness from the ac noise filter.

Rotate the cord retainer clockwise to remove the old cord from the rear of the cabinet.

Install the new power cord…

…by first inserting the wire harness through the hole in the rear of the cabinet.

Now insert the grounding wire, position the retainer and rotate it counter-clockwise to secure the cord.

Connect the wire harness to the ac noise filter.

Position the grounding wire and secure it with the screw.

Reposition the top panel…

…by aligning the edge of the panel with the tabs on the support bracket…then push forward.

Replace the screws in the back.

With the repair completed, plug the new power cord in…

…and your washer should be ready for use.
