Before you replace the air filter in your chainsaw first make sure the engine has cooled.

Now unthread the knob securing the air filter cover and pull the cover off.
3
Release the retaining bar to remove the old filter.
4
Install the new air filter by positioning it in the housing and securing it with the retaining bar.
5
Realign the cover rethread the knob to secure and your chainsaw should be ready for use.
