Step By Step Instructions

Before you replace the power supply board in your refrigerator unplug the power cord.
2
Use a quarter-inch socket or nut driver to unthread the screws securing the control board access cover.
3
Peel back any tape if applicable then carefully depress the retaining tab to detach the inner cover.
4
Now disconnect the wire connecters from the board.
5
Depress the retaining tab to release the old board.
6
Install the new power supply board by aligning it on the tabs and snapping it into place.
7
Connect the wires to the appropriate terminals on the new board.
8
Carefully snap the inner cover into position.
9
Realign the outer access cover and replace the screws to secure it.
10
With the repair completed, plug the power cord back in and your refrigerator should be ready for use.
