Step By Step Instructions

Before you replace the sight glass in your furnace first turn off the power to the furnace.
2
Use a flat-head screwdriver to unthread the screws securing the lower access panel and remove the panel.
3
If still intact, depress the tabs to remove the old sight glass.
4
Install the new sight glass by aligning it in the hole in the access panel and snapping it into place.
5
Realign the access panel and rethread the screws.
6
With the repair completed, turn the power supply back on and your furnace should be ready for use.
