Step By Step Instructions

To replace the upper support roller screws and washers in your dishwasher use a small flat-head screwdriver to release the retaining tabs on the front dish rack stop clips and remove both clips

Slide out the dish rack assembly.

Remove the rear stop clips from the roller supports and slide the supports out.

Use a t-25 torx bit to unthread the screws securing all eight support rollers.

Use pliers to help detach the old washers so you can fully remove the screws from the rollers.

Install the new roller screws and washers by inserting each screw through a roller then slide on the washer.
7
Align each roller on the inner liner then thread and tighten the screws to secure.
8
Slide in both supports and reposition the rear stop clips and snap them closed.
9
Realign the dish rack on the roller supports and slide it back.
10
Reinstall the front stop clips.

Confirm that the rack moves freely and your dishwasher should be ready for use.
