2
Open both doors, along with the water filter cover.
3
Pull the toe kick plate free and remove the water filter from the housing.
4
Use a 5/16 inch socket or nut driver to unthread the two mounting screws securing the filter housing.

Next, use a quarter inch socket or nut driver to unthread the screw to release the water inlet line coupler from the lower rear access panel.
6
Unthread all of the screws to release the access panel.
7
Now, unthread the screws securing the water inlet valve bracket to the frame.
8
With the valve bracket detached, you can more easily pull the water filter housing forward to reach the water supply lines.
9
Use a small flat-head screwdriver to remove the locking clips securing the supply lines.
10
You can use a 1/2 inch wrench and a 7/16 inch wrench to help depress the retaining rings to release the supply lines from the housing.

Install the new water filter housing by inserting the water supply lines into the appropriate ports until they are fully seated.
12
Insert the locking clips to secure.
13
Confirm the polystyrene foam block is in place, then position the new housing.
14
Returning to the rear of the appliance, align the water inlet valve bracket on the frame and secure it with the mounting screws.
15
Reinstall the access panel.
16
Be sure to secure the water inlet line coupler to the panel.
17
Thread the mounting screws to secure the new filter housing.
