You will need a phillips-head screwdriver and a 7/16th inch socket or wrench for this procedure.

Be sure to turn off the power to the appliance.

Open the door and use a phillips-head screwdriver to unthread all four screws securing the outer door panel.

"With the screws unthreaded, you can pull the panel down to detach."

Use a 7/16th inch socket or wrench to unthread the nuts to release the door handle.

You’re now ready to prepare the new outer door panel for installation.

"With the curved portion of the ends facing downward, position the handle on the new panel."

"Make sure the support plates are in place, then thread and tighten the nuts."

Install the new outer door panel by aligning it on the inner panel then slide up.

Thread the four mounting screws to secure.

Turn the power supply back on.
