Refrigerator Right Freezer Shelf Grommet Replacement

You will need a quarter-inch socket or nut driver for this procedure.

Detach the rack stop then slide the rack to the left and up to remove.

To replace a right freezer drawer slide rail grommet, first remove the shelf and slide out the drawer.

Use a quarter-inch socket or nut driver to unthread the two mounting screws securing the slide rail.

If still intact, remove the old grommet.

Install the new freezer shelf grommet by positioning it in the liner and snapping it into place.

Reinstall the slide rail by positioning it on the liner then thread and tighten the two mounting screws.

Slide the drawer into place and reposition the shelf.

If applicable, reinstall the appropriate upper shelf and secure it with the rack stop.
