Step By Step Instructions

To replace the light bulb on your dryer first unplug the appliance.

Open the dryer door and remove the mounting screw securing the lens.
3
Slide the lens towards the top to remove.
4
Unscrew the old light bulb if still intact.
5
Prepare the new light bulb for installation by transferring the insulation ring from the old bulb to the new one.
6
Screw the new light bulb into the socket.
7
Replace the light lens by inserting the tab into the bulkhead then slide the lens down and lock it into place.
8
Secure it with the mounting screw.

You’re now ready to plug the power cord back in and confirm that the new bulb is working properly.
