PowerStroke Pressure washer soap injector not working
When a Powerstroke pressure washer soap injector is not working, the most likely cause is a failed or clogged chemical injection kit. This kit contains the main parts of the soap system and is the recommended repair for most problems involving a pressure washer soap dispenser not working, pressure washer not dispensing soap, or a pressure washer that won't draw soap. Inspect the soap injector, chemical injector, siphon tube, detergent siphon, soap filter, injector spring, injector ball, and injector o-ring for blockage, damage, or wear. A clogged soap filter or siphon tube can prevent detergent from reaching the injector, while a damaged injector ball, spring, or o-ring can stop the system from creating the suction needed to pull soap from the tank or container. Make sure the detergent is properly diluted and that you are using the black soap nozzle or low-pressure setting, since high-pressure nozzles usually will not activate the injector. If cleaning does not restore operation, replace the chemical injection kit. Enter your model number to find the exact replacement part for your specific PowerStroke pressure washer.
