Ikea Electric stove burner not working
If your IKEA electric stove burner is not working, the problem may be the surface element switch, surface element board, incoming power, coil surface element, or radiant surface element. Start with the surface element switch, which sends voltage to the burner. If another burner uses the same-size element, swap them to help identify whether the switch or element is at fault. When two or more burners stop working at once, a failed relay on the surface element board is more likely. An electric range needs about 220 volts, so a power problem can also prevent the burner from heating. For a single stove burner not working, inspect the coil or radiant surface element and make sure it is fully seated in the receptacle, then test it for continuity.
