High-limit thermostat kit. Contains hi limit thermostat and thermal cut out fuse. If the dryer overheats, the high-limit thermostat cuts off power to the dryer. If the dryer won't heat, the high-limit thermostat may have blown. This part has been updated by the manufacturer and may look different.

Dryer blower wheel. Used on 29 inch Whirlpool built models with lint filter on top. To remove the blower wheel, unscrew the blower wheel clockwise off the motor shaft.

Oven igniter. The igniter draws electrical current through the oven safety valve to open it. If the igniter glows for more than 90 seconds without igniting the gas flame, this indicates that the igniter is too weak to open the valve.

Replacement Ice Maker Kit W10882923. This genuine manufacturer's kit includes the ice maker part number WPW10300024 and two wire harnesses. The new harness must be installed at the same time for proper operation. Compatible brands are Whirlpool, Kenmore, Maytag, Jenn Air, KitchenAid, and Amana.

Dryer drum slide (2 pack). There are two of these needed on your dryer. These go on the inner most slots on the front bearing. The drum slides support the front of the dryer drum instead of rollers or bearings. As they wear out the dryer will make more noise.

Whirlpool is America's #1 appliance brand with more models in active use than any other manufacturer. Whether you're fixing a Duet washer, Cabrio dryer, or French door refrigerator, Repair Clinic stocks genuine OEM Whirlpool parts backed by our fast shipping and expert support. Your appliance deserves the exact part it was built with — not an aftermarket substitute.
From lid switches and drain pumps to tub bearings and control boards, we carry the high-failure parts that keep your Whirlpool running. Use your model number to find the right replacement and get your appliance back to work.
Your Whirlpool model number is typically located on a sticker inside the appliance. For washers and dryers, look on the side wall or under the lid. For refrigerators, check the inside wall (often top corner or along the back). For ranges, look behind the range or inside the oven. Once you find it, enter the full model number into our search bar — we'll show you every compatible part.
Duet washers are front-load, belt-drive machines known for reliability. Cabrio washers are top-load, direct-drive models that use a different suspension system and tub bearing design. Cabrio tub bearings are notorious for failure — if you hear grinding during the spin cycle, that's your first symptom. The parts are completely different between the two lines, so always verify your model number before ordering.
No ice usually points to one of three culprits: the ice maker assembly itself, the water inlet valve, or a frozen water line. Start by checking if water is reaching the ice maker — if the valve clicks but no water flows, the inlet valve has likely failed. If water reaches the maker but no ice forms, the ice maker module itself is the issue. Both are OEM replacement kits at Repair Clinic, and either is a faster fix than a new refrigerator.
You can, but we don't recommend it. Genuine OEM Whirlpool parts are engineered for your specific model's voltage, fit, and performance specs. Aftermarket parts — especially control boards, water inlet valves, and door gaskets — often fail prematurely and may can create compatibility or performance problems. Spend a few dollars more on the OEM part and add years to your appliance's life.

Keep your Whirlpool appliances running smoothly with genuine replacement parts from Repair Clinic. Whether you need parts for your Whirlpool refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, or dishwasher, our extensive inventory makes it easy to find the right fit. Search by model or part number and get high-quality parts for a reliable repair.
Whirlpool places the model number on a data plate or label, but the exact spot depends on the appliance. Check the side wall or under the lid on a washer, inside the cabinet wall on a refrigerator, and behind the range or inside the oven on a range. Dryers commonly have the label inside the door opening or on the back panel. Record the complete model number, including any letters and numbers, then enter it in the search bar to narrow the catalog to parts made for your Whirlpool appliance. This filters the full selection across every part category, so you can identify compatible parts faster and avoid ordering based on appearance alone.

The online repair library at Repair Clinic covers Whirlpool diagnostics, part testing, and installation from start to finish. Symptom-based articles narrow the failing component, and matching repair videos or step-by-step written guides walk you through the fix. Use the model number lookup to confirm the exact OEM part before you order, then follow the exploded-view diagrams for a clean reassembly.
