Dryer thermostat

Dryer lint filter. Keeping the filter clean is vital to dryer operation.

Door handle stud screw

The GE Appliances Element Receptacle and Wire Kit connects the wire harness to the surface element and is also known as the Terminal Block Kit. It is important to disconnect the appliance from all utilities before installation.

Door lid lock & switch assembly

Dryer rotary start switch. If the start switch is defective, the dryer won't start. To determine if the start switch is defective, use a multimeter to test it for continuity.

High-limit thermostat for dryer. L315-65. If the dryer overheats, this high-limit thermostat will cut off the power to the drive motor. If the high-limit thermostat has blown, the dryer won't start.
