These are good people! My part arrived quickly and was safely packaged for shipment. This time, I'd ordered the wrong part (from some bad advice I got locally). In my younger days, could have installed the part by following the RepairClinic video. As it turns out, I decided to hire an appliance repair company to install the part. They first diagnosed my dishwasher problem and determined this was not the component causing the trouble. (Really, I should have looked through the RepairClinic trouble-shooting information before I bought this part in the first place!) RepairClinic was good about accepting the return. I've ordered a couple parts from RepairClinic in the past and this is surely a good company!
