This is my first experience ordering from Repair Clinic and so far, so good! The parts arrived within the predicted period from when I ordered, and were in good shape when they arrived. I ordered a Motor Control Unit board replacement for my Whirlpool Duet washer, and a Water inlet valve for my Whirlpool Duet dryer (steam feature). The parts were competitively priced versus other outlets, including Amazon, and I felt more assured of getting the right parts with the features that Repair Clinic uses to ensure compatibility. Honestly, I have used Repair Clinic videos--they're quite handy and thorough--to diagnose issues and fix them in the past, so this order was overdue. It's only been about two weeks since I repaired both appliances, and they're working perfectly. An equivalent repair to the one I performed would be unnecessarily expensive and I have had mixed experiences with repair technicians. I trust myself and I had no difficulties performing the repairs. As a bonus, the MCU board came with a $60 rebate feature, if the customer is willing to pay shipping to return the old part to Repair Clinic, which I did. It cost about $17 to do that, so I was up a little over $40 by returning it for the "core" credit. I received the credit within 24 hours of their receiving the part. I recommend Repair Clinic--a good experience that saved me a small fortune!

I replaced a 38 yr old 1/6hp 240vac/1ph condenser fan motor on my HS18-411-8p Lennox A/C unit with new replacement from RepairClinic. Bearings were shot and fan shaft very difficult to turn. Also replaced the under fan rain shield as the old one was dried out and cracked. Only issue was removing fan from old motor shaft - use heat (hand torch) and penetrating oil (I used Kroil) along with a punch and ball peen hammer to drive the old shaft out of the fan hub.
