Thank you for your great service! Several weeks back the inducing motor on my Bryant furnace started to go. I called the contractor who installed the furnace in 2008 but he was too busy to check it and said to call if I lost heat. I found out what was wrong by using your website and after speaking with Britney I decided to order just the motor and not the whole assembly, to save money. The moaning and whistling noises went away for a few weeks, but then one morning we awoke to a cold house, the furnace would not run and the inducing motor bearings were seized when I turned it by hand. I removed the motor housing and other components but could not get the old blower wheel off even with penetrating oil and heating it to red hot. I ordered additional parts from you by overnight FedEx and kept the house warm with my wood stove. Today, I was able to effect the repair and I have heat again! I feel great I could do the repair myself and save hundreds of dollars. I’ll be calling on you in a couple of months because my A/C stopped working at the end of the summer. Thank you so much!
