Thank you so so much! When our LG washing machine quit working and threw up a code that the user's manual stated needed a repair man, we called the repair company LG had recommended. In the meantime, we found RepairClinic.com, read about our problem, and discovered there were two possible parts that may need replacing. Being that my husband nor I know anything about fixing a washing machine, we let the repair guy come out and "diagnose" the problem for $112, only to tell us what we already knew from RepairClinic—that we needed both parts replaced. The cost of those parts on RepairClinic totaled $130. The repair man told us it would cost $698 to replace both parts! For that price I would have opted just to buy a new machine. So, we ordered both parts from RepairClinic, overnight shipped them, and EASILY replaced them from watching the online video. And the best part was that we only needed one of the two parts we ordered! A month later, we shipped the part we didn't need back to RepairClinic and they refunded our account on the DAY they got the part back in the mail!!!! I am very impressed with your company and would recommend it to anyone, whether they are mechanically inclined or not. You saved us hundreds of dollars and from having to buy a new washing machine.
