Microwave turntable not turning

The GE Appliances Turntable Tray Support WB06T10012 is a high quality, Genuine OEM part made of plastic with 3 arms and rollers to hold and rotate the turntable tray. It is compatible with various models and it is recommended to disconnect the appliance before installation.

If the microwave turntable is not turning the glass tray support could be broken or stripped out. Gently pull the support off the drive motor shaft to inspect the tray support for damage. 

Microwave is loud or noisy

The microwave glass tray support is the component that sits under the glass turntable tray to support the tray as it rotates. Over time, the small rollers on the support can wear out and start making a noise as the tray turns. If you've determined the glass tray support is the source of the noise, the part should be replaced with a new one.
