Condenser Fan Motor

You need Contactor HN51KC024 if you're having trouble with the compressor or fan motor on your air conditioner, furnace, heat pump, or air handler. This genuine OEM single-pole, 24-volt coil contactor has a full load amps (FLA) rating of 30 amps and a locked rotor amps (LRA) rating of 150 amps.

Furnace not heating

The draft inducer motor assembly draws air into the heat exchanger and then exhausts it out the flue. The pressure switch senses a pressure change and closes a switch to signal the control board that the furnace has proper air flow. If the hose between the draft inducer motor and pressure switch is torn or otherwise damaged, the pressure switch may be unable to close, causing the ignition process to stall and the furnace to shut off after a few minutes. If the air hose has any cracks or holes in it, replace the hose.

The air traveling through the pressure switch hose will put a negative pressure or vacuum on the switch, causing it to close when the burner has sufficient airflow and allowing the ignition process to continue. If the hose has a hole in it, or is not securely fastened to the switch, the pressure switch may only close intermittently, causing the furnace to start then stop. Inspect the pressure switch hose for any damage and replace if necessary.

Furnace burners won't stay lit

The air traveling through the pressure switch hose will put a negative pressure or vacuum on the switch, causing it to close when the burner has sufficient airflow and allowing the ignition process to continue. If the hose has a hole in it, or is not securely fastened to the switch, the pressure switch may only close intermittently, causing the burners to not stay lit. Furnace takes too long to heat the home

The air traveling through the pressure switch hose will put a negative pressure or vacuum on the switch, causing it to close when the burner has sufficient airflow and allowing the ignition process to continue. If the hose has a hole in it, or is not securely fastened to the switch, the pressure switch may only close intermittently, resulting in the furnace taking too long to heat the home. Inspect the pressure switch hose for any damage and replace if necessary.
