DescriptionThis video provides step-by-step instructions for replacing the ignition coil for Briggs and Stratton small engines commonly found in generators. The most common reason for replacing the ignition coil is when the engine won’t start and testing proves the ignition coil to be at fault.
All of the information in this ignition coil replacement video is applicable to the following brands: Briggs & Stratton, Toro, Lawn Boy, Craftsman, Wheel Horse
Tools used: multi-screwdriver, 5/16” socket, 10mm socket, pliers, flat-head bit, E5 external Torx bit, needle-nose pliers, marker, 9/32” socket, business card
