Step By Step Instructions

Before you replace the door latch on your dishwasher be sure to turn off the power to the appliance.
2
Use a t-20 torx bit screwdriver to remove the screws securing the inner door panel to the outer panel.
3
Avoid fully removing the door latch mounting screws.
4
Carefully separate the two door panels and slide the old door latch off of the mounting screws.
5
Disconnect the wire to fully remove.
6
Install the new door latch by first connecting the wire.
7
Align the latch on the mounting screws.
8
Join the inner and outer door panels together.
9
Tighten the latch mounting screws.
10
Replace the remainder of the screws to secure the two panels.
11
With the repair completed turn the power supply back on and your dishwasher should be ready for use.
