Step By Step Instructions

Before you replace the dryer door glass be sure to unplug the power cord.

Open the dryer door and use a t-25 torx bit to unthread the door hinge mounting screws.

With the screws unthreaded, lift the door up to detach it from the front panel.

Use a phillips-head screwdriver to unthread the screws holding the inner and outer door panels together.

Separate the panels.

Use the t-25 torx bit to unthread the screws securing the lower door glass retaining bracket.

With the bracket detached, you can remove the old door glass.

Install the new door glass by inserting the tab into the slot in the upper retaining bracket.

Realign the lower retaining bracket and rethread the screws to secure.
10
Realign the inner and outer door panels and secure all of the screws.

Insert the hinge tabs into the front panel slots.

Rethread the screws to secure.

With the repair completed plug the power cord back in and your dryer should be ready for use.
