To replace your washer's pump filter, first open the filter cover.

Next, pull out the drainage tube.
3
Remove the cap and drain any remaining water.
4
Cap the tube and secure it.
5
Now, rotate the old pump filter counterclockwise and remove.
6
Be prepared for some water to spill out.
7
Install the new pump filter by inserting it into the pump housing and rotating clockwise to tighten.
8
With the new pump filter secured, close the filter cover.
