Step 2: Remove the wire and boot from the spark plug.

Step 3: Use a small amount of liquid dish soap to lubricate the boot if still intact.

Step 4: Pull the old boot off of the wire.

Step 5: Install the new spark plug boot by applying some liquid dish soap to lubricate.

Step 6: Slide the boot over the terminal.

Step 7: Attach the wire and boot to the spark plug.
