You will need a Philips-head screwdriver or a number two square drive bit for this procedure.

Be sure to unplug the power cord.

"Using a Philips-head screwdriver or a number two square drive bit, unthread the two screws securing the door lock assembly."

Disconnect the wire connecter.

Unthread the screws to release the old lock assembly from the mounting bracket.

Install the new door lock assembly by aligning it on the mounting bracket and securing it with the screws.
