You will need a small Philips-head screwdriver and a mallet for this procedure.

Insert a small Philips-head screwdriver into the front hole in the baffle and use a mallet to strike the screwdriver from the rear to detach the old baffle.

"Before you install the new tub baffle, straighten the baffle retaining tabs on the tub."

"Align the baffle on the tabs, making sure the baffle is flat against the surface of the tub."

Place a two-by-four piece of wood against the front of the baffle and strike it with the mallet to push the baffle into place.

The rear hole in the baffle should align with the small hole in the tub behind the retaining tabs.
