Open the appropriate refrigerator door…

… and use the phillips-head screwdriver to unthread the mounting screw to release the old door closer support.

To prepare the new door closer support for installation…

… transfer the stopper grommet from the old support to the new one.

Now align the support on the bottom of the door and thread the screw to secure.
