The Dryer Repair & Maintenance Kit 4392065 includes rollers, a belt, and an idler pulley. It is specifically designed for 29 wide dryers built in 1965 or later. This kit addresses common issues that cause Whirlpool, Kenmore, Maytag, and KitchenAid dryers to become noisy.

Dryer drum support roller. If the dryer is making a rumbling or knocking noise the rollers may be worn out causing the drum not to turn smoothly.

Dryer drum drive belt, 93 1/2 inches long, 4 ribs 3 grooves. The drive belt is a very long, slender belt that wraps all the way around the dryer drum, around a tension pulley, and then around the drive motor pulley. If the drum will not turn when the dryer is turned on the belt is likely broken.

Dryer idler pulley wheel kit. The idler pulley puts tension on the drive belt. If the idler pulley fails to put the proper amount of tension on the belt, the dryer will not spin

The Whirlpool Blower Wheel WP697772 is a high-quality replacement part that attaches to the drive motor shaft and blows air through the drum and out through the exhaust vent. It is important to use safety equipment and disconnect the appliance before any service or repair.
