Step By Step Instructions

Before you replace the door trim on your washer be sure to unplug the power cord.

Open the washer door and use a number two square bit or a phillips-head screwdriver to unthread the screw securing the door trim locking plate.
3
Remove the plate and rotate the old trim counter-clockwise to detach it from the front panel.
4
Prepare the new door trim for installation by transferring the cover plate from the old trim to the new one.

Now position the new trim on the front panel and rotate it clockwise to lock it into place.
6
Replace the locking plate and secure it with the screw.
7
With the repair completed plug the power cord back in and your washer should be ready for use.
