Wine Cellar Power Cord Replacement

unplug the power cord to the appliance

pull the appliance away from the wall

using a phillips-head screwdriver, unthread all of the top mounting screws securing the lower rear access panel

unthread the right side mounting screw
10
loosen the three screws on the bottom and lift off the panel

unthread the screws to release the upper and lower power cord retainers

remove the retainers from the cord
14
detach the cord bushing from the frame
15
unthread the screw to release the wiring cover
16
disconnect the wire harness then cut the zip tie to release the wires
17
unthread the upper screw and two lower screws securing the condenser fan motor mounting bracket
18
unthread the screw securing the power cord grounding wire
19
detach the retainer from the base and fully remove the grounding wire and old cord
20
securing the grounding wire from the new cord under the retainer
21
secure the other grounding wire to the base of the screw
22
reposition the mounting bracket and rethread the screws
23
connect the power cord wire harness and use a zip tie to bundle the wires
24
realign the wiring cover and thread the screw
25
align the power cord bushing in the frame
26
align the upper and lower retainers on the cord and rethread the screws to secure to the frame
27
reinstall the access panel by aligning it on the bottom screws
28
tighten the screws

fully rethread the remaining mounting screws
