To replace the crisper drawer shelf assembly support rail in this Samsung refrigerator,

You will need a Phillips head screwdriver.

Before you begin the procedure, unplug the appliance's power cord.

Fully remove the two crisper drawers.

Now, depress the tabs to release the crisper drawer shelf assembly from the water filter housing.

Remove the shelf assembly and set the assembly upside down on a towel or blanket.

Then, unthread the four mounting screws securing the support rail using the Phillips head screwdriver.

Lift the end of the rail up and slide the old rail out.

To install the new support rail, slide it through the shelf support, fully seat the rail, and thread the four mounting screws to secure.

Reinstall the crisper drawer shelf assembly by positioning the shelf on the liner supports and snapping the center support into place on the water filter housing.

Replace the two crisper drawers.

Plug the power cord back in, and the refrigerator should be ready for use.
