Carrier furnace part - rubber condensate elbow.This repair could not be made with a piece of rubber tube due to the tight bend and proximity of the connecting ends. After checking here locally in Toronto, Canada for the OEM part I went on to the Repair Clinic website and found the correct part for a lower price. The price was good, even with the exchange rate and delivery was great, about two days. I will certainly check with Repair Clinic for future repairs.

I’m not a mechanic by any stretch, but I have to say that your video tutorials saved me many hundreds of dollars. When my LG washing machine started making noises, I contacted a repair tech. He came down and said it was either the wash plate or the clutch assembly and informed me that the clutch assembly would be very expensive to replace. After he inspected it, he felt that the wash plate just needed to be replaced and he would call me back for the cost of replacement the next day. That visit cost me $95. In the meantime, I started googling wash plates and how to replace them and found your videos on YouTube. It just so happens that the washing machine you use in the video is the exact same one I have. I purchased the wash plate from your site for $65. The next day the tech called me and said it would be $200 to replace that same part. No thank you. About a week later, it was making an even worse noise than before. So, I watched the video again and took a chance it was the clutch assembly and ordered that part for $103. It took me a few hours to replace and the only hard part was removing the tub nut. A good hand wrench, hammer and earmuffs did the trick. I can only imagine the cost to replace the clutch assembly from that same tech, so thank you, thank you, thank you (and my wife thanks you) for those videos. I have your website on my favorites list and subscribed to your channel.
