My wife's super duper Star Wars washer was on the fritz as it was not draining the water during the wash cycle. The warranty had just run out as I refused to pay the highway robbery prices that they wanted. Plus, you pay a service call and the cost for the time it takes to evaluate what "could" be wrong, then they order the part (since they do not carry it in the truck) and then schedule again to have them come out for another service call and the cost associated with the time to install. We were in a pickle as the house came to a complete standstill, I never realized how central that machine is to the households daily activities. I have used Repair Clinic in the past and thought that it would serve again. I went to the website and reviewed the actual repair a zillion times. I ordered the part and it was at my house the next day. My oldest son and I began our work on the sickly washer. The washer was taken apart and we found the defective part (I tested it, like they told me in the video and sure enough it was not acting correctly). I tested the new part and confirmed that it was alright. Proceeding to put everything back together, and with only one bolt to go, my son tells me "Houston, we have a problem". He proceeds to tell me that I left my fancy new flashlight in the washer since he can see the light. We took it apart again, and after retrieving the flashlight (I thought really long about just leaving it in the washer). It was all done. With bated breath we hooked back the power, water supplies, and then turned the machine loose to wash. It is working perfectly. Your site was perfect, and though my son added in several more hours (as I explained the process to him), it was a great learning experience and made a father proud to see his son fix the family washer.
