Here we're replacing the bearing on our LG washing machine. We used the video from Repairclinic.com. We were also able to remove a couple of dimes that had somehow got inside the drum. No more rattling! We never would have attempted this without your help. Washer works great now. Thanks!

My project was a Frigidaire freezer that kept starting and then shutting down and then restarting. The freezer would not get up to a freezing temperature. I went on the RepairClinic.com website and looked up what the problem might be. I then did the troubleshooting that the site told me to do. Then I diagnosed the problem that I thought it was and then ordered the part from your company, which was a start switch (starter relay switch). It took me about fifteen minutes to install the part as the site stated, the freezer works very well. Problem solved.

Recently my Maytag dryer died on me. I was ready to buy a new dryer and went to Home Depot to look at some models. In the meantime, I got talking to my co-worker. He mentioned RepairClinic to me. So I looked at some of the repair videos on the site and it gave me some confidence to try my hand at fixing the dryer. Per the direction, I was able to open the dryer and get to the electronic parts. I tested each part as shown on the repair videos. Finally, I was able to determine the defective part (igniter had failed) using a multi-meter as shown on the videos. It felt great to find the root cause. I ordered the part on the website and picked up the part the very next day. I installed the new part and the dryer started to work again. I felt a great sense of accomplishment and was happy I saved money not having to buy a new dryer. In future, I will always look at the website for fixing other things before I go and make an expensive purchase.

I picked up a 7500W portable generator for free from Craigslist. It was taken apart because someone had tried to repair it. I put it all back together and discovered that the brushes were bad. Repairclinic.com had the part in stock, $2.95 later I have a 4 year old generator that runs like a champ!

RepairClinic's site and helpful associates saved the day yet again. I had planned to spend a free hour or so replacing the hinge on my LG front-load washing machine—I have done so before and didn't expect any issues. As I tore into the project, I found another issue with drum dampener struts that failed. Not having parts at hand for this unexpected repair, I placed a (somewhat frantic) call to see if parts were available. Of course RC had exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. With local pickup, I had my parts an hour later. Thanks to RepairClinic for coming to the rescue! Thanks again to RepairClinic for coming to the rescue!

After 23 years of reliable service, my central vac began to make a metallic grinding noise. I suspected the motor because there aren't other moving parts in the system. I was correct. The smell of burning electrical parts was unmistakable. The motor was seizing up. After doing some on-line research, I was happy to discover how easy it would be to simply replace the motor and save myself the cost of replacing the entire system. Within a week and a half, the motor was delivered and I installed it. The system even runs quieter now with no excessive vibration since I dismantled the entire unit and tightened up all air connections. Better than new!!

Our built in GE microwave was going to cost a fortune to replace; not only hard to match, but no longer the same size was available which meant a new surround kit or a remodel. THEN we found RepairClinic with the sensor pad we needed for under $5. SAVED us time, money, and a hassle. Thanks RepairClinic!
