Step By Step Instructions

To replace the door switch on your furnace first shut off the power to the furnace.
2
Next, rotate the knobs to release both combustion chamber panel and the blower chamber panel.
3
Now remove the screws to release the panel divider.
4
Disconnect the door switch wires.
5
Now depress the tabs on the old door switch and pull it out.
6
Install the new door switch by aligning it with the hole in the frame then snap it into place.
7
Connect the wires to the new switch.
8
Reposition the panel divider and replace the screws to secure it.
9
Replace both panels and rotate the knobs to secure.
10
You’re now ready to restore power to the furnace and confirm that it’s functioning properly.
