Step By Step Instructions

To replace a flame rollout limit switch on your furnace first shut off the power to the furnace.

Next, rotate the knobs securing the combustion chamber panel and pull the panel off.
3
Now disconnect the wires from the flame rollout limit switch you’re replacing.
4
Remove the mounting screw and pull the old switch out.
5
Install the new flame rollout limit switch by inserting one tab behind the mounting bracket then secure the other tab with the mounting screw.
6
Connect the wires to the new switch.
7
Reposition the combustion chamber panel and rotate the knobs to secure.
8
You’re now ready to restore power to the furnace and confirm that it’s functioning properly.
