…open the washer door…

…and use a t-15 torx bit to unthread the mounting screws securing the old strike to the door.

With the screws unthreaded, pull the old strike out from the top to remove.

Install the new door strike…

…by inserting the bottom tab first then snap the top into place.

Thread the mounting screws, but avoid over-tightening.

The strike should still be able to slide back-and-forth.

With the new strike secured, confirm that the washer door closes and latches properly.
