Lift the door and hinge up to remove the door assembly…

Next, use a t-15 torx bit to unthread all of the screws holding the inner and outer door panels together.

With the screws unthreaded, you can separate the inner and outer door assemblies.

Install the new outer door panel…

Avoid over-tightening the screws.

Hook the door hinge back onto the front panel…
