Step By Step Instructions

To replace your washer's inner door glass, first remove the mounting screws securing the hinge to the front panel.

Remove the door and set it down carefully on a towel or carpet.

Remove the screws securing the inner door panel, as well as the screws securing the hinge.

Now, separate the inner and outer door panels and remove the hinge.

Remove the screws securing the frame and lens and set them aside.

Next, remove the screws securing the glass mounting brackets.

Pull the brackets off and remove the old door glass.

Install the new door glass by positioning it in the inner door panel, making sure the notch in the glass aligns with the tab in the panel.

Replace the mounting brackets and secure the screws.

Reposition the frame and lens and secure them with the screws.

Align the inner and outer door panels and insert the hinge.

Secure the hinge screws, as well as the remaining panel screws.

Position the door on the washer's front panel and secure the hinge with the mounting screws.
