Step By Step Instructions

To replace the evaporator pad on your humidifier…

…first turn off the power to the furnace.
3
Next, remove the screw securing the humidifier cover…
4
…and lift the cover off.
5
Pull the water distribution tray forward to remove the old pad.
6
Prepare the new evaporator pad for installation…
7
…by first replacing the wick in the water distribution tray with the new wick.
8
Now align the tray on the edge of the pad that has the indicator mark.
9
Position the bottom of the pad in the lower housing and push the water distribution tray into place.
10
Replace the humidifier cover…

…and reinstall the screw to secure.
12
You’re now ready to restore power to the furnace…

…and confirm that the humidifier is functioning properly.
