Next, remove the mounting screws to release the old humidistat from the vent or housing.

Use pliers to help remove the wires from the terminals.

Install the new humidistat…

…by first attaching the wires to the terminals.

Position the humidistat in the venting or in the housing…

…while aligning the wires in the notch.

Use the screws to secure.

Align the knob and push it into place.

You’re now ready to restore power to the furnace…
